Luxe Paintworks Inc.

Effective date: 09/03/2026

Luxe Paintworks Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you contact us, request a quote, submit a form through Google Ads or our website, communicate with us by phone, email, text message, or social media, or purchase painting-related services from us.

1. Scope and Applicable Law

We are based in New Brunswick, Canada. New Brunswick does not have a general private-sector privacy law for ordinary commercial businesses, so our handling of personal information is primarily governed by Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”), where it applies. If we handle information subject to another law, we will follow that law as applicable.

2. Personal Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you choose to provide to us, including your name, phone number, email address, property address or service location, project details, preferred contact times, photographs or descriptions of painting areas, and any other information you include in a quote request, Google Ads lead form, website form, message, email, phone call, or other communication.

We may also collect limited technical or usage information when you interact with our website or advertisements, such as device information, browser type, approximate location, pages visited, advertising campaign information, and form submission details. This information may be collected through cookies, analytics tools, advertising platforms, or similar technologies.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for purposes that are reasonable in the circumstances, including to respond to inquiries, provide estimates or quotes, schedule site visits, deliver painting and related services, communicate about projects, process payments, manage customer relationships, improve our services and advertising, maintain business records, prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and property.

4. Consent

By submitting a lead form, requesting a quote, contacting us, or using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide certain services or respond to certain requests.

5. Google Ads, Lead Forms, Cookies, and Analytics

If you submit your information through a Google Ads lead form, Google may collect and process your information according to Google’s own terms and privacy practices, and then make the submitted information available to us so we can respond to your request. We may use Google Ads, Google Analytics, conversion tracking, remarketing, or similar tools to understand how people interact with our ads and website and to improve our advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through Google’s advertising settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect certain website features or the way advertisements are measured.

6. When We Share Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information with service providers and partners who help us operate our business, such as website hosting providers, advertising and analytics platforms, customer relationship management tools, payment processors, subcontractors, suppliers, scheduling tools, accountants, insurers, legal advisors, and other professional advisors. We may also disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, to collect amounts owing, respond to legal processes, investigate fraud or security concerns, complete a business transaction, or protect our rights, customers, workers, or property.

7. Storage and Transfers Outside New Brunswick or Canada

Personal information may be stored or processed in New Brunswick, elsewhere in Canada, or in other countries by our service providers, including cloud, advertising, analytics, email, and business software providers. When information is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. We use reasonable measures to protect personal information in our custody or under our control, including when it is handled by service providers.

8. Safeguards

We use reasonable physical, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information we handle. These safeguards may include limiting access to information on a need-to-know basis, using password-protected systems, maintaining secure records, training workers on privacy expectations, and taking reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

9. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, respond to inquiries, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When personal information is no longer required, we will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it, subject to legal and business recordkeeping requirements.

10. Access, Correction, and Privacy Questions

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete, subject to limited exceptions under applicable law. To make a request, withdraw consent, ask a privacy question, or make a complaint, please contact us using the information below.
