Our exterior painting process
- 1. Free on-site inspection and written estimate. The visit takes about 45–60 minutes. We look at peeling, rot, fading and cracks, and you get a written estimate on the spot. Outside Moncton? Send photos.
- 2. Washing and surface prep. We pressure-wash or hand-wash to remove dirt, mildew, chalk and loose paint.
- 3. Scraping, sanding and repairs. We repair caulking gaps and fill holes.
- 4. Priming where needed. Raw wood, stained or repaired areas get primer.
- 5. Paint application. We spray, roll or brush on weather-resistant coatings.
- 6. Final walkthrough and cleanup. We inspect everything with you.
